Operations DivisionThe Operations Division consists of three (3) shifts (A, B and C) that work a 24/48 schedule. Each shift is made up of one (1) Supervisor (Captain), one (1) Assistant Supervisor (Lieutenant), one (1) Sergeant and a minimum of twenty-four (24) Paramedic positions. Each shift operates at least eleven (11) ALS ambulances and two (2) ALS QRV's on a daily basis. FCEMS utilizes Part-Time employees (paid positions) and Reserve personnel (non-compensated positions) on an as needed basis.
